It isn't a massive corporate building, just a regular place where we come to work every morning. We don't really do much in the way of fancy marketing. We figure if we do a decent job, people will know. We spend our time managing the daily operations and making sure everything is in order. It gets pretty humid here by the coast, but that’s just part of living in Vizag. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other’s names. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be.
