You can find us at 22-29-12 on Kanchara Street in Visakhapatnam. It’s a local neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. The name might sound a bit official, but we’re just a small operation. We mostly deal with food and kitchen stuff. The air usually smells like whatever is being cooked or prepped that day. It’s not a big factory or a fancy restaurant. It’s more like a workshop where we get things done. We have a few people working here, mostly locals from around the street. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning and there’s always a delivery bike waiting outside. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we do. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the supplies are fresh. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the kitchen areas, especially in the Vizag humidity. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we like being part of the street life here. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things quiet down in the afternoon. It’s just a normal way to earn a living. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the food and the daily chores that come with it. That’s our life on Kanchara Street.
