Our office is located at 16, Ragini in Naval Park. It is a fairly straightforward place where we handle a lot of the local coordination. It isn't one of those massive resorts you see in pictures, but rather the administrative side of things where the actual planning happens. The building is a standard part of the Naval Park area, and we’ve been here for a good while. Inside, you’ll find desks covered in folders and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to members on the phone, helping them figure out their holiday dates or explaining how the points work. It can get a bit hectic when vacation season is approaching and everyone wants to book at the same time. The staff here knows the local area well and we often chat with the neighbors during our breaks. It is a very normal environment, nothing like a fancy corporate headquarters. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the registrations are correct and the payments are processed. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times we run out of coffee, but we manage. People stop by occasionally to drop off documents or ask a quick question. It’s a steady pace of work in a quiet part of town, and we just try to keep things organized for everyone involved. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the gears turning so people can go on their trips.
