Carmeela Herbal Beauty Parlour

Carmeela Herbal Beauty Parlour is located at 34-3-51 on the Main Road in Gnanapuram. We are right opposite the Visakhapatnam railway station, so it is a very busy and noisy area. You can always hear the trains pulling in and out and the station announcements if the wind is blowing the right way. Our parlour is specifically for ladies. We try to use herbal products as much as possible because the local people seem to like that better for their skin. The shop is quite small, so it can get a bit crowded if more than two people come in at once. We have a small curtained-off area for more private things like waxing or threading. The furniture is a bit mismatched and old, but it's comfortable enough for the ladies. I spend a lot of my time mixing up different herbal pastes and creams in the back. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean, especially with the soot and dust from the trains nearby. We don't have any big advertisements or posters. Most people just see the sign as they are walking to or from the railway station. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it has its own rhythm. We just do our work, talk to the ladies, and keep things moving along every single day.
