Bussiness Development Officer

We’re up on the second floor of B-Block in Prabala Enclave. It’s Flat-1, right in the Maharanipeta area of Vizag. Being in this role here means a lot of meetings and even more phone calls. The office is really just a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it, even with all the files and computers around. The 530002 area is quite busy, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of time looking at growth and trying to find new ways to keep things moving forward. It’s not a flashy job. It involves a lot of sitting and thinking and talking to people. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We've got a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. It’s just a few of us here working on different projects. We don’t have a massive corporate lobby or a receptionist. If the door is locked, you just have to knock. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. Vizag is a good city for this kind of work, and Maharanipeta is central enough for most people to get to. We’re just here doing our bit, trying to build something that works. It’s practical, everyday work.
