Brigade

Over here in Visakhapatnam, or Vsp as people say, we have our Brigade office at 11 79 Durganagar. It’s in the Rrvpuram area. It’s a bit away from the main beach road, which is fine because it’s quieter. The office is a simple building. Nothing too modern, just a place to work. We have a few rooms where we do our business. Most of us have lived in Vizag for a long time. We like the city. The work we do is pretty standard. We don't use big words to describe it. We just show up in the morning and do what needs to be done. The fans are always on because of the humidity. Sometimes we walk down the street to get some coffee. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We know the people at the local shops. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and some notes. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We are just a local team doing our best with what we have. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just keep things simple and honest. If the power goes out, we just wait it out and talk. It is a slow pace compared to other cities, but it works for us at Durganagar. We just keep moving forward and doing our best to finish the day's work.
