Our Biologistics office is tucked away in the Sri Lakshminivas Apts in Sheelanagar. It is F4 on the list. Being in an apartment building in Visakhapatnam makes the business feel very much like a part of the neighborhood. We handle logistics, mostly for biological items, so there is a lot of coordination involved with transport and timing. We don't have a big warehouse with docks; instead, we manage the flow of goods from this small base. It gets quite busy with the phone ringing and the logistics tracking we have to do. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things feel a bit damp, but we are used to that here. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. Sometimes we have to stay late because a shipment is stuck at the port or there’s a delay on the highway. We don't have a polished corporate look. There are boxes in the corner and maps on the wall. It's a practical way to run things. We focus on getting things from one point to another without any drama. The apartment setting means we have to be careful not to bother the neighbors too much when we have people coming and going. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving in Visakhapatnam. Most of our day is spent making sure the paperwork matches what is in the containers, which takes a lot of patience.
