Bharti Axa Life Insurance

Working at the Bharti Axa office here in Visakhapatnam is pretty straightforward. We are based in Andhra Pradesh, specifically the 530026 area. It’s a coastal city, so you get that salt in the air. Most days are spent talking to people about their life insurance. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we do. People come in looking a bit worried about the future, and we sit down with them to figure out the forms. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell them things they don't need. It’s just about having a plan. The office is a normal office. We have chairs for people to sit, some computers, and a lot of folders. We know the local area well since most of us grew up around Vizag. It gets humid in the summer, and we just try to stay cool while we work through the applications. We aren't some distant company; we are right here in your neighborhood. Sometimes things take time with the main office, but we do our best to speed it up. It’s just honest work. We see the same faces coming in to pay their premiums or ask questions. We like being part of the community here in Andhra. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and help folks out.
