Bharat Patel & Company is based at 49/44A/5/8 on 80 Feet Road. Akkayyapalem is a busy area and the road always has a lot of traffic. We have been working from this location for quite a long time now. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We just have a practical office where we manage our business. We aren't interested in using a bunch of marketing buzzwords. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Some days are very busy with people coming in and out, and other days we spend more time just keeping up with the paperwork. We are a small team and we like it that way. It lets us stay close to the work. We’ve learned that being honest and straightforward is the best way to handle things. If you walk into our office, you won't see any flashy decorations. You’ll just see people working. 80 Feet Road is a good place to be because everyone knows where it is. We’ve seen Akkayyapalem grow and change over the years. We’ve stayed right here doing our thing. We don't have a list of corporate goals or missions. We just want to do a decent job every day. It’s a simple way of running a company but it has worked for us so far. We just show up, do the work, and try to be fair with everyone. That’s how we do things here.
