Our factory is over at D-6, Block-B in the EEIE area of Autonagar, Visakhapatnam. This is a real industrial zone, so don't expect any gardens or quiet streets around here. We work with plastics and have been doing it for quite a few years now. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the machines inside work just fine. We spend our days watching the injection molds and making sure the plastic parts come out without any defects. It gets very hot in the summer, and the fans mostly just move the warm air around, but we are used to it by now. We aren't a big multinational company with polished offices. Our office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We mostly deal with other businesses in the Andhra Pradesh area. We don't go for fancy talk or big promises. We just look at the specs provided and get to work. Sometimes we have to stay late to fix a machine that’s acting up, because we can't afford to let the production line stop for too long. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the gauges. We hire local guys from around Visakhapatnam, and we’ve become a bit of a family over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
