Art Of Excellent Saloon Men

This shop is situated on the Main Road, specifically Gantashala Marg in Daba Gardens. We are right beside the Jyoti Theatre, which is a big landmark in this part of Visakhapatnam. Saaket Lodge is also right opposite us. Since we are near a theater, we get a lot of people who are waiting for their movie to start or who just want to look good before they go out. Daba Gardens is always crowded, especially in the evenings, so the street can get quite loud with bikes and cars. Inside the shop, we have the usual setup for a men's saloon. There are chairs, mirrors, and all the tools we need for cutting hair and doing shaves. It’s an older building, so the walls have a bit of character, let’s say. We don't have a big sign, but people find us easily enough because of the theater next door. The heat in Vizag means we go through a lot of water and towels every day. My brother and I run the place most of the time. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the work that needs doing. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when five or six people are waiting, but everyone just talks and passes the time. It’s a local place for local people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We like it that way.
