Arihant Marbles

If you head down to the Vip Road Junction, you’ll find us at Sh.No.3-67 in the Cvm Compound. Arihant Marbles has been our life for a lot of years now. The compound is a bit tucked away, but once you find us, there’s plenty of stone to look at. We mostly deal with marble, which is softer than granite and needs a bit more care when you’re moving it. We’ve had a few heartbreaks where a beautiful piece cracked right as we were loading it, but that’s the risk of the trade. The office is small and usually smells like coffee and damp stone. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know how to lift things without hurting their backs. We spend a lot of time talking to builders who come in looking for specific shades of white or grey. It’s a lot of walking back and forth across the lot to show different batches. We don't do much advertising because most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing the sign from the junction. It’s a simple business model. We buy the stone, we store it, and we sell it to people who are building their homes. We try to be fair and just do our work without any fuss or fancy promises. It gets hot in the compound during the summer, but we just drink plenty of water and keep the slabs moving.
