Aditya Birla Retail Ltd is located at 1-82-12 Lig-115 / 3 in Sector-3 of the M V P Colony. If you know Visakhapatnam at all, you know that M V P Colony is a huge residential and commercial hub. It feels like a city within a city. We have been here in the 530017 area for quite some time now. Our building is a standard block that blends in with everything else on the street. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have any of that corporate decor you see in the movies. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of papers. Sector-3 is a good place to be because everything is close by. You can find almost anything you need within a short walk. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the rush hours, but we’ve grown used to the hum of the city. People in Vizag are usually pretty relaxed, and that carries over into our office. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just come in and get to work. It’s an honest, no-nonsense environment. Most of the folks working here have been with us for a while, so we’re a bit like a small family. We don’t make a big deal out of things. We just keep the business running and handle whatever comes our way each day without much fuss.
