Adidhanaa Lakshmi Beauty Parlour

Our shop is down near the Steel Plant Approach Road in Pedagantyada. We have been here in R H Colony for quite a long time now, serving the ladies who live around the Dayalagar area. Visakhapatnam gets really humid, so a lot of people come in just to get their hair tied up or cut short so they can deal with the heat better. We don’t have any of those fancy air conditioners that stay on all day, just a couple of big fans that we keep pointed at the chairs. It’s not a big place, just enough room for a few people to sit and wait. We do things like threading and basic haircuts. Sometimes we do bridal makeup if someone asks, but it’s mostly just the daily stuff. The mirrors are a bit old, and the floor is just plain cement, but we keep it as clean as we can. You might see some dust coming in from the road because of the trucks going to the steel plant. That’s just part of being in this location. We don’t really have a big staff, it’s mostly just family and one helper who lives nearby. People know us by name, and we know most of the families in the colony. It’s a simple life running a parlour here. We aren’t trying to be the most famous place in Vizag, just a reliable spot where you can get your eyebrows done without any fuss.
