Vyavasaya Sagubadi is located at 20-54 in LT Colony, specifically on the 9th Lane in Payakaraopeta. It’s a bit of a walk from the busy main road, but it’s a quiet and nice area in the Vishakhapatnam district. The name of our company basically refers to agriculture and cultivation, and that is exactly where our focus stays. We work out of a small building that fits right into the residential look of the colony. There are no big signs or flashing lights to announce us. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves with various agricultural records and a couple of old wooden desks that have been with us for years. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers from the surrounding villages who come into Payakaraopeta for their agricultural needs. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in the middle of the big city, and we actually prefer it that way. We don't use any fancy high-tech systems; just a basic computer and some handwritten ledgers to keep track of everything. The 531126 area is where we belong, and we know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. It’s a very simple and humble operation. We don't have any grand plans to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the local guys get what they need and that the office stays open for another day. Even when the monsoon rain hits hard, we are here.
