Blue Vannamei Feeds is located over in Pendurthi, specifically in Simhadri Nagar. If you know Ward 71 in Visakhapatnam, you probably know the area. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been operating out of D No. 13-27 for a while now. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we handle the daily work involving prawn feed. Most days are spent checking inventory or talking to people coming in from the nearby farming areas. The coastal weather here in Vizag can get pretty humid, so we keep the old fans going and try to stay organized with the heavy bags and paper records. It’s mostly just us doing the routine stuff that keeps a small feed business moving. You’ll see the blue sign when you get into the street, though it’s a bit faded from the sun. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is usually on the logistics and making sure things are where they need to be. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and the landline phone doesn't stop ringing, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a local operation, and we like the fact that people know where to find us in the neighborhood. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our spot in Simhadri Nagar stays pretty much the same. There is a water cooler by the door for anyone who stops by. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward job.
