We're based out of Madhavadhara, at 39-33-53/4. It’s a nice part of town, and we’ve been here at Venkorp Technology Services for some time now. Our office is pretty simple. We don’t have the latest designer furniture or a fancy coffee bar in the corner. It's just a place for us to sit down and work on the technology services we provide to our customers. We’re a small group, so we all know each other’s names and how we like our tea in the afternoon. The street can be a bit busy during the day, but it’s usually quiet enough for us to focus on what we are doing. We don't have any big corporate mottos hanging on the walls to inspire us. We just come in every morning and check our list of things to do. If a client calls with a problem, we try to help them out as best as we can. We don't pretend to have all the answers right away, but we work hard to find them. It's a practical way of doing things. We don't have a lot of meetings about meetings. We just talk across the room if we need something. It makes things go much faster. We aren't trying to be some high-flying tech firm. We're just local people who are good with technology and want to provide a decent service. It’s not a complicated setup, but it works.
