It’s a local neighborhood, so we see the same faces every day when we walk to the office. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of people who enjoy working on systems and technical problems. Some days are harder than others, especially when something breaks and we have to spend hours figuring out why. But we don't mind the hard work. Our office is pretty basic. We have what we need to get through the day, like desks, computers, and a kettle for tea. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate values printed on the walls. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical approach to business. We like the area of Pedagantyada because it feels like home to us. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we are very much a part of the local community.
