Our place is on Thota Vari Street, at 1-213-F-2. It’s a small street, so it’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. Jlm Software Technologies Private Limited is a small team. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know a lot about computers and software. The office is tucked away, which is nice because we don't get much through traffic. We spend the day coding and testing things. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few good chairs because we sit a lot, and our servers. It’s nothing like the offices you see in movies. It’s just a room where work happens. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning up the desks to fixing the router when it breaks. Thota Vari Street has a nice feel to it, very local and friendly. We usually grab lunch from home or find something quick nearby. We don’t have a big management structure. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the street change a bit, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the software side of things without making a big fuss about it.
