We set up Dondlavagu Software Solutions Privatelimited right here in Ravindra Nagarchemmumiya Peta at house number 50/69. It’s been a bit of a long journey getting things going. Most days you’ll find us sitting around the computers trying to figure out some piece of code or helping a neighbor with a tech problem. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just us working hard. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power cuts out for a minute, but we just keep at it. People ask what we do exactly, and we tell them it's mostly about making software work the way it should. It can be tedious work. Fixing bugs takes up a lot of time. We didn't want to go to a big city like Bangalore or Hyderabad, so we stayed here. There’s a lot of talent in small places if you look for it. We handle a mix of projects, some small and some a bit bigger. It’s mostly just making sure the client gets what they asked for without a bunch of fuss. We try to keep things simple. There are no big meetings or long emails that don't say anything useful. If you walk by the office, you might see us taking a tea break out front. That’s how we like to run things. Just honest work from a local spot where everyone knows your name. It’s nothing more than that.
