We’ve been here long enough that we know where to get a decent lunch nearby. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. If something needs to be done, we just do it. It’s a very practical way to run a tech company. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to do a good job for the people who need our help. It’s honest work in a city we love. We just keep doing our daily work. There is always something new to figure out around the office. We stay busy.
