Avila It Solutions Private Limited is situated at 37-10-128/3 in Ayyappanagar, which is part of the Nggo Colony in Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam. We’ve been here for a while now, working out of this quiet residential area. It’s a nice place to have an IT business because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. Our office is essentially a converted space where we’ve set up our workstations. We spend our days coding, testing, and talking to clients about their technical needs. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team that knows each other well. Most of us grew up around Vizag and wanted to stay here. The work can be demanding, especially when a server goes down or a client has an emergency, but we handle it as it comes. We don't have a set of core values written on the wall or anything. We just try to be honest and do the work we said we would do. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market while we’re at our desks. It’s a grounded way to run a tech company. We don't use polished language to sell ourselves. We just let the work we do for people in Visakhapatnam speak for us. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of coffee in this corner of Murali Nagar.
