Vacsons Eco Material Pvt. Ltd. is based out of P.A.P Colony at number 116. It’s a pretty unassuming place, just a regular building in a colony setting. We don’t have a big flashy sign or a glass front. We focus on eco-friendly materials, which means we often have samples of different stuff lying around the office. It can get a bit dusty with all the materials we handle, but that’s part of the job. The team is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a bit. We don't have those long meetings about vision or strategy. We mostly just talk about what orders need to go out and which suppliers are being slow. The location is quiet for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out. We aren't a high-end corporate firm. We’re just people trying to get more sustainable materials into the market. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up. It’s a very hands-on type of business. If you visited, you’d probably see us packing boxes or checking samples ourselves. We prefer it that way. It keeps us close to what we are actually doing. No fancy titles or complex hierarchies here, just a group of people in a colony office getting things done day by day. We just take it one project at a time.
