Quality Officier

We are based over in Srivilliputtur on Idayapottal Street at number 41. It’s a pretty normal street where everyone knows each other. People around here call us Quality Officier. Sathiamoorthy manages the place and keeps things running as best as possible. We don't have any of those big corporate offices you see on TV. It is just a simple room with some desks, chairs, and old fans that hum all day long. The weather in Virudhunagar district can get really hot, especially in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze. We spend our time dealing with paperwork and helping out people who come through the door. It is not very exciting work, but it is necessary. Most of our neighbors are running small shops selling all sorts of things. We usually go out for a quick tea break around eleven and chat with the guys next door. We have been here for a while now and we don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished before it’s time to go home. There is no fancy mission statement here. We are just local people doing our jobs in our own way. We don’t really use big words or try to impress anyone. If you need something, you just come by and talk to us. That is about it.
