Phytozymes / Enzybel - Belgium

Our office for Phytozymes, representing Enzybel from Belgium, is at 3, Vadapathra Sayanar Sannathi Street in Srivilliputhur. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company dealing with enzymes, as the street is very traditional and close to the famous temple. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it’s actually quite nice being in such a historic part of town. The work we do is mainly administrative and coordination. We act as a link between the Belgian production and the various companies here that need biological products for their manufacturing. Our office is small and filled with technical manuals, shipping documents, and a lot of correspondence. It’s not a lab, so you won't see any test tubes or chemicals here. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, talking to clients and making sure their orders are being processed correctly. Sometimes the contrast between our high-tech enzyme products and the old-world charm of Srivilliputhur is quite funny. We get the smell of incense from the temple and the sound of bells while we are discussing enzyme concentrations. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People who need our services know where to find us. We just try to be reliable and handle the logistics of these specialized products as best as we can. It’s a unique way to work, for sure.
