Kishore Granite Factory

We run things out of our factory at No. 3/ 123 on Kullurchandai Road. Since it’s a factory, it’s rarely quiet around here. The sound of the saws cutting through the blocks is something you get used to after the first week. We have water running constantly over the blades to keep things from overheating, so the floor is always a bit wet and slippery. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear nice shoes to. We’ve been at this spot for some time, and the yard is piled high with different types of granite. Some are just rough blocks and others are partially finished. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on getting the stone cut to the right size. Kullurchandai Road sees its fair share of dust and heavy vehicles, and we fit right in with the rest of the industrial shops. The office is just a small room with a dusty window looking out onto the main cutting floor. We spend our time checking measurements and making sure the machines are greased up. It’s hard, loud work, but there is something satisfying about seeing a huge rock turned into a smooth slab. We don't promise anything impossible, we just do the work as it comes and try to keep the equipment running.
