Jeyathanam Granite

You can find Jeyathanam Granite at 4/1039 in Hussain Colony. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. We don't believe in having a big, shiny showroom because the granite speaks for itself when you see it piled up. Most of our days are spent out back where the slabs are kept. It’s heavy, back-breaking work sometimes, but that’s just the nature of dealing with stone. We’ve been in Hussain Colony for a bit and the locals know where we are located. We don't really do much advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and stops by to see what colors we have in stock. We have a few guys who help with the loading and unloading. It’s a messy environment with the cutting and the water used for polishing, so we don't wear suits or anything like that. Just old clothes that can get dirty. We try to keep the stock moving so nothing sits for too long and gathers too much moss. It is a very practical business. We count the slabs, check the thickness, and move them onto the trucks. There isn’t any secret to it. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and see what needs to be moved that day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just the sound of the machinery and the trucks coming in and out of the colony.
