Royal Id Cards

If you are ever driving down the Chennai Trunk Road, you might pass by our little place at number 4, Pon Annamalai Nagar. We have been here at Royal Id Cards for a good bit of time now. It’s a small shop, and honestly, it gets a bit crowded once you get all the printers and the stacks of plastic stock inside. We mostly spend our days making those plastic identity cards that everyone needs for school or work. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer, getting the names right, and then watching the machines spit out the finished product. Sometimes the laminator acts up or the colors don't look quite right on the first try, so we have to do it over. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us here making sure the orders get finished before the end of the day. The road outside is always loud with traffic, which is just how it is in this part of Chennai. People usually just drop in with their photos on a thumb drive or send them over through the phone. We don't use any fancy sales talk because a card is just a card, but it has to be done properly so it lasts. It can get pretty repetitive, but there is something nice about seeing a stack of cards all finished and ready for a local business to pick up and start using.
