Ridhi Exports

Ridhi Exports is tucked away on Rajaji Street in Villupuram. We’re at number 33. It’s a busy little street with a lot of people moving around. Our office is a practical space where we manage our export business. It isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a door and a sign. Inside, we have our samples and all the shipping documents piled up. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and the shipping agents at the port. Villupuram is a decent spot for us because it connects well to the bigger cities. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the keyboard and the ceiling fan. We don’t have a big staff, just a few local people who know the trade. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big container is being readied, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get the quality right for the people who buy from us. It’s hard work and long hours sometimes, especially when we have to match the time zones of people overseas. We like being on Rajaji Street though. It feels like we’re right in the middle of the town's life. No fancy suits here, just people in comfortable clothes getting the job done. We just do our thing and hope for the best with every shipment we send out. It is a simple life of trading and logistics.
