Kanishka Granites

Down in Salavathy Village, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We are out here in the Villupuram District, specifically in the Melpatti Post area. It’s mostly about the stone here. Kanishka Granites isn't a place with a lobby or a receptionist. It’s more of a yard where the work happens. We spend a lot of time around the slabs and the cutting tools. Tindivanam Taluk is a place where people know their neighbors, and that’s how we operate too. The dust is just part of the job, and you get used to the noise after a while. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a local business where we show up, do the work, and go home. Some days the sun is really beating down on the granite, and other days it’s quiet. People from around the village come by when they need something specific for a project. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us out here in the village handling the orders that come in. If you’re looking for the place, you just follow the road toward Melpatti. It’s a practical setup and it has served us well for years. We just keep it simple and stay busy with the stone. There is always a lot to move around, and we just take it one day at a time.
