Airaa Cements & Products is located over in Sivaram Nagar. If you know the Thiruvanai Koil area, we aren't too hard to find. We are at New No. 24, though some people still look for Old No. 12 on their maps. It's one of those things that happens when they renumber the streets around here. We deal with cement and various products related to it. It’s a one-person company setup, mostly. That means things stay pretty simple and direct. We don’t have a massive board of directors or anything like that. Just focus on getting the work done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for staying focused. Thiruvanai Koil has a lot of history, and we like being part of the local landscape. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to folks who need materials for their projects. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a wedding or something. We mostly just wear what's comfortable for a day of work. People stop by sometimes just to check prices or see what's in stock. We don't do big advertisements. Most of our neighbors know where we are. Being at number 24 in Sivaram Nagar works out well for us. We've been here long enough that the mailman doesn't get the old and new numbers mixed up anymore. It's just a regular business doing regular things with cement. We keep the office tidy but it's definitely a place where real work happens, with papers everywhere and the smell of coffee.
