Zamil Steel

Zamil Steel has an office here in Vijayawada at Pragathi Towers. We are up on the fifth floor, specifically in room 503. The building is located in Maruthi Nagar, which is a pretty active part of the city. Being in Vijayawada-4 means we are right in the thick of things. The office at Pragathi Towers is where we sit and handle all the steel-related inquiries and project planning. It is a standard office building, so we spend a lot of time waiting for the lift or talking to the security guard at the entrance. The view from the fifth floor gives us a good look at the Maruthi Nagar traffic, which is usually quite heavy. We have a lot of charts and steel specifications pinned to the walls because that is what we deal with all day. It is not a place with plush carpets or fancy coffee machines. We just have our desks and our computers. The weather in Andhra Pradesh is often quite humid, so we are glad for the air conditioning in the office during the peak hours. We deal with people from all over the state who are looking for steel structures. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at blueprints. It is a busy, functional space that serves its purpose well. We like being in Pragathi Towers because everyone knows where it is. We often stay late when there are big deadlines.
