This business is run right out of Ramavarappadu in Vijayawada. We are on Ballemvari Street, which is a local spot everyone around here knows. It’s actually part of the family space here at D. No: 11-74. My father and the rest of the family have been in this area for a long time. We do tech work. It’s mostly fixing things or setting up systems for people nearby. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist. Usually, it's just me or a couple of others handling the work. People come by and drop off their gadgets or ask for help with their computers. Vijayawada gets really hot in the summer, so we try to do most of the heavy lifting early in the morning. The street can be narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a squeeze. We like being part of the community here though. It feels right to work where you live. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. If your machine is broken, we look at it. If we can fix it, we do. It’s simple like that. We’ve been doing this for a while now and plan to stay right here on Ballemvari Street. It is a quiet life, mostly spent looking at circuit boards and screens. We take things as they come and try to be fair. It’s just us doing what we can with the skills we have.
