You’ll find our office at 65-3-21 in Darsipeta-1, which is right in the Patamata area near Ntr Circle. It’s a central location, so there is always a bit of traffic and noise from the circle, but it makes us easy to find. We’ve been operating in this part of town for a while, and we’ve watched the area change quite a bit as new buildings go up. Working at Vlma Estates is mostly about staying organized and keeping track of who is looking for what. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics or scripts. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If a house has a leaky roof or the neighborhood gets loud at night, we’ll tell you. We think it’s better that way so nobody is surprised later on. Our day-to-day involves a lot of phone calls, some filing, and driving around to different sites to meet owners. It can be tiring, especially when the heat is up, but it’s what we do. We know the lanes around Patamata really well. We’ve helped a lot of families find their first homes and helped others move on to something bigger. It’s regular work for regular people.
