Our spot is right here in One Town on Canal Road, which is a really active part of Vijayawada. It’s building number 912/4. If you know the area, you know how much is happening around the canal every single day. We’ve got a small office where we handle all the development work and paperwork that comes with it. It’s not a large place, but it serves us well for meeting with people and looking over blueprints. Usually, the morning starts with some tea and a look at the project schedules. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a piece of land or how a construction project is moving along. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just walking down the street to see how things are looking on-site. The dust from the road sometimes gets in, but that’s just how it is working in this part of town. People here know us by name mostly, since we’ve been around for a bit. We don't do anything too complicated, just trying to get these projects finished so people have a place to go. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building part, which can be frustrating, but we just keep at it. You can usually find one of us here from Monday to Saturday, unless we’re out at a site near the canal. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
