Venkata Ramana General Stores

Our store is located in the K L Rao Colony area of Vijayawada, specifically in the Satha Nagar neighborhood. Being in Vijayawada means we deal with a lot of heat for most of the year so we keep the shop open and airy. We sell all the basic kirana items that any household would need like lentils, oils, and different kinds of spices. We have been around this part of town for quite some time now and have seen many people grow up in this colony. The shop is tucked away in Satha Nagar and it stays fairly busy with the local residents coming in and out. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the products stacked up on the shelves where people can see them. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything but we are used to it by now. We start our day early to get everything ready before the first customers arrive. Sometimes we have a chat with the neighbors about the weather or the local news while we pack their groceries. It is a very normal way of living and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just run a general store for the people who live nearby and try to keep the things they need in stock. It is a simple business but it keeps us busy and connected to the people here. We stay open until the streets get quiet at night.
