Stagecraft Events

Stagecraft Events is based at 47-2-2 in the Gunadala area of Vijayawada. Gunadala is a bit away from the main rush of the city center, which we actually quite like. It gives us a bit more room to breathe and manage our things. Our office is a fairly simple building where we do all the behind-the-scenes work. We have a lot of stuff to keep track of, from stage parts to lighting gear, so it can get a bit cluttered inside. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and sit in meetings all day. Mostly we are in jeans and t-shirts, moving equipment or sketching out how a stage should look. The area around us is a mix of houses and small shops, and it feels like a real community. We know most of the people on our block. The work involves a lot of planning, and we often sit around with a map of a venue trying to figure out where everything goes. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things go wrong at the last minute, but we just figure it out. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just do the work we’re hired for and try to do it right. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We spend a lot of time here just getting things ready.
