We are located at D. No. 40-5/3-13 on Tikkle Road. It’s in the Dv Manor Lane area of Shyam Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a solid spot for us. We’ve been doing this for a long time. The office is where we handle the projects we’ve got going on. It isn't some high-rise glass building. It’s just a regular office where we drink too much coffee and look at blueprints. We deal with building projects and land development mostly. There is a lot of back and forth with the city and the contractors. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we just keep at it. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a new place to live or maybe an investment for their kids. We talk to them plainly and explain how the process works. We don't use fancy words or try to confuse anyone. It’s just about getting the houses built and the paperwork signed. The lane outside stays pretty busy, and we’ve got some good neighbors in the other offices. We have been in Shyam Nagar long enough to know most of the local history. It’s a full-time job keeping everything on track, but we like what we do. If you’re ever around Tikkle Road, you can see our board out front by the lane.
