Sai Balaji Infra & Developers

Our office is located right near the Janda Chettu Center on Kandulavari Street. If you know the One Town area, you know it gets pretty crowded and noisy during the day. We’ve been operating Sai Balaji Infra & Developers from this spot at 11-41-4/8 for a while. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes with all the traffic, but we like being in the middle of everything. Most of the time, we’re busy looking over plans or heading out to construction sites. It isn’t always glamorous work. There is a lot of mud, loud machines, and dealing with various workers and suppliers. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website. Usually, people just find us because they live nearby or their cousins told them about us. We keep a pot of tea going in the office for whoever stops by. The walls are covered with sketches and notes about different projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. One Town has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We handle the local building stuff and try to stay on top of the regulations, which seem to change whenever they feel like it. It's just us working hard every day to get things built. No fancy speeches here, just bricks and cement. It is the life we chose.
