If you know One Town in Vijayawada, you know it’s one of the older, busier parts of the city. We are based in Syndicate Bank Colony, specifically on the 3rd Lane. Our office is way up on the 4th floor of Rk Kuteer. It’s a bit of a hike, but we are in room 501. The view from up there shows a lot of Chitti Nagar and the rooftops of this old neighborhood. Swimming Pool Road is close by, so that’s what we tell people when they get lost. Ramakrishna Associates has been around this area for a while. The building isn't the newest, but it’s sturdy. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or shiny furniture. It’s mostly just files and desks. Being on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the summer. Chitti Nagar is always humming with people and vehicles. We know the neighbors in the colony, and it’s a friendly enough place. Sometimes the water is an issue or the power cuts out, but that’s just how it is in One Town. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who have been together for years. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. It’s a practical space for us. We just go about our business and try to keep things simple and honest.
