Rajadhani Events

We operate out of Vijayawada, specifically in the 520004 zip code area. Rajadhani Events has been around this part of the city for a while now. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a functional space where we plan out what needs to happen for local gatherings and functions. The weather in Vijayawada gets quite hot, so we do a lot of our thinking and coordination inside with the fan on high. Planning events involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and we are usually right in the middle of it. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. Most of the time, we are just making sure there are enough chairs or that the food is going to arrive at the right hour. It is a lot of logistics and checking lists twice. The neighborhood around here is pretty active, and we like being part of the local scene. We handle a bit of everything, from small family things to larger public events. It is just us working hard to make sure things go okay. We don't have a mission statement or anything, just a calendar that is usually full of dates.
