You can find us at Block No:A-09, number 120, in New Auto Nagar. This part of Kanuru is always busy with vehicles and people moving parts around. Raja Rajeswari Spares & Services is tucked away in Enikepadu, within the Penmaluru Madal area. It is a dusty place because of all the spare parts we keep on the shelves. We don't have a lot of room to move around once the morning shipments arrive. The shelves are pretty high and sometimes we have to use a shaky ladder to reach the stuff at the top. We have been here since they set up this block in Auto Nagar. It is not a place for sitting around. Most of the time, we are looking for specific bits and pieces that people need for their repairs. There is grease on the floor sometimes and our hands are rarely clean. We just focus on getting the right part to the person who asked for it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desk, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so it is quite loud during the day. We have a small fan that doesn't do much in the heat, but we are used to it by now. It is just a straightforward shop where we do our business every day without any fuss. We don't have a computer system for everything, so we rely on what we know is on the shelves. It takes time, but we manage.
