Private Hospital

We are located at House No 7-11-42 in Gangampeta and being right beside Hotel Mirchi means we always smell whatever they are cooking for lunch. It is a tall, narrow building and we have used every inch of space we have. The reception is on the ground floor and the rooms are spread out on the floors above. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a small counter and a few chairs tucked against the wall. The stairs are concrete and we have put some rubber strips on them so people don't slip. We have been running this hospital for a long time and some of the paint is peeling near the ceiling but the equipment is all kept in good shape. The street outside is very narrow and parking is always a headache for people coming to see us. We have a small generator in the back that kicks in whenever the power fails which happens a few times a week. The staff knows most of the regular patients and we spend a lot of time chatting with them while we work. It feels more like a big house than a sterile hospital sometimes because of how close everything is. We keep the lights on 24 hours a day and there is always someone at the desk even in the middle of the night. It is a busy little corner of Gangampeta.
