Nandi Engineering Works

We've been at this spot in Auto Nagar for several years now. Being right near the bus stop means there's always noise and people moving around. It's an engineering shop, so things are usually a bit messy with oil and metal shavings. That's just how it goes when you're working on machines all day. We do a lot of different jobs here. People drop off parts that need turning or fixing, and we get to it when we can. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have fancy offices or anything. Just the workshop floor and our equipment. Most of our days are spent hunched over a workbench or running the machines. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three different people show up at once wanting something done right now, but we handle it. We know the other guys around Auto Nagar pretty well. It’s a good community for this kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just trying to do the work that comes in. If you walk past the bus stop, you can usually hear the grinders going. We’re usually here until late making sure things are ready for the next morning. It's a bit greasy and loud, but it's our shop and we like it that way. Most people just stop by when they need something looked at.
