Most of our day is spent out on the site or in a small temporary office. The air is often dusty and the Kadapa heat can be really intense. We aren't here to look corporate or polished; we’re just here to get the engineering and construction finished. Our team lives in the nearby housing, so we’re a bit of a community. We eat together at the canteen and spend a lot of time talking about project deadlines. Stage-II is a massive job that needs everyone working together. You won’t see any marketing from us because we’re too busy with the actual work. Vv Reddy Nagar has been our home for a long time now. The hours are long and the work is hard, but we just keep at it. It’s a very practical kind of life, focused on getting the power plant running for the region. We know every part of this site by heart. We take pride in showing up every morning and doing our part for the energy sector here in Kadapa. It’s just the way we work.
