Modern Supermarket

This store has been on Besant Road for a good while now. The address is 3-62 in Governor Peta. It is not as big as those supermarkets you see in the city malls but we have most of what you would need. We have organized rows for grains and snacks. The floor is made of tiles but a few are cracked right near the entrance. Governor Peta is a loud place with lots of traffic. We hear horns and engines all day long. We have a couple of staff members who help out with the billing. Sometimes the computers stop working and we have to write everything down by hand. It gets very crowded on Sundays. That is when most people come to buy their groceries for the whole month. We have these yellow plastic baskets for people to carry. Usually they end up full of heavy rice bags and oil tins. I spend a lot of time checking the dates on the milk packets every morning. It is a lot of work to keep things in order. The back room is usually messy with empty cardboard boxes piled up. We sell everything from floor cleaners to small chocolates. It is a bit of a maze inside. We moved the shelves around last month to make more room but it still feels a bit cramped. People like that they can find us easily on the main road. We are just here working every day from morning till night.
