Modern Events

You can find us on the 3rd floor of Door No 40-27-6/7 on Poly Clinic Road. We are in Gayatri Nagar, right across from the Pinnamaneni Kims Hospital. It’s a busy part of Vijayawada, specifically the Municipal Employees Colony. We’ve been running Modern Events from this office for a while. It’s just an office with some desks and a lot of folders. Planning events involves a lot of phone calls and lists. Sometimes things go wrong, like a vendor running late, but we usually figure it out. We aren't some big city firm with shiny brochures. We are just local people who know how to put a party or a meeting together. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit much if you’re carrying gear, but we’re used to it by now. Vijayawada is a hot place, so we appreciate the shade in this building. We work with a lot of local shops for our supplies. It’s better that way because we know who we are dealing with. We don't promise anything impossible, just that we will show up and do the work. It’s a bit messy sometimes in the office with all the decorations lying around, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we work here in Gayatri Nagar. We keep things moving and try not to worry about the small stuff too much.
