Down in Vijayawada, we run Mcmlptl from our office in the 520 015 area. B. Nageswara Rao is the main person here, and he brings his M.Com background to keep everything organized for the business. Andhra Pradesh is a hot place to work, especially in the summer months, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. We’ve been in this city for a long time and have seen it change quite a bit over the years. Our office is a straightforward place. It’s mostly filled with ledgers, files, and a few computers. We don't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decorations because it doesn't help us do our jobs any better. We just focus on managing the business and taking care of what needs to be done each day. It’s a very local operation. Most of our interactions are face-to-face or over the phone with people we’ve known for a long time. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity with a huge staff. We’re just a group of people working hard in Vijayawada. Sometimes the days are long and the work is a bit tedious, but we just put our heads down and get through it. There’s a certain rhythm to life here that we really appreciate. We start early to avoid the afternoon sun, take a break when it’s hottest, and then finish up in the evening. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and it works for us.
