Mahadev General Stores

We are located at Plot Number 14 in the PSM Complex on Bhavanarayana Street in Vijayawada. It is a very busy street with a lot of people walking by and scooters zooming around. We are a general store, so we have a bit of everything crammed onto the shelves. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we usually know where everything is if you ask. We carry daily essentials that folks in the neighborhood need. The shop is small and the aisles are narrow, so it gets a bit tight when there are more than three people inside at once. We spend most of the day behind the counter, ringing things up and chatting with the neighbors. We do not have any big signs or fancy lighting. It is just the usual shop setup. Sometimes we run out of something and have to tell people to come back tomorrow. The heat in Vijayawada can be tough, so we stay near the fan as much as possible. We have seen kids grow up coming into this store to buy sweets, and now they come in for their own household stuff. It is a basic business. We keep the doors open late because that is when people realize they forgot something for dinner. We just stay here in the PSM Complex and keep things moving one customer at a time.
