Andhra Pradesh heat is no joke, so the office is usually kept pretty dark and cool. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the time we are busy with technical stuff or answering emails. The street outside gets quite loud with traffic heading towards the main parts of the city. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and a very old fridge that makes a humming sound all day. It’s not a high-rise office; it’s more of a local setup where everyone knows each other’s names and families. We’ve been at this spot for years and seen the road change a lot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to clear everything out to get it done. There are always boxes of equipment sitting in the hallway. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually lets people in. It is a practical way of working. Most of our day is spent making sure the projects are moving along. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that is just part of living in a city that is always building something new.
